Capital of Overseas Chinese

Jiangmen is a famous capital of overseas Chinese in China. There are nearly 4 million overseas Chinese, Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots whose ancestral home is Jiangmen, which is equivalent to the population of the city. It is distributed in 122 countries and regions on five continents in the world. There is a saying that "there are two Jiangmen at home and abroad". Here, there are both the beautiful figure of home at home and the deep feelings of overseas children.

Lingnan Confucian City

Chen Xianzhang (Mr. Baisha), a Jiangmen native, was a famous Confucianist, educator, poet and calligrapher in the middle of the Ming Dynasty. His theory laid the foundation for the traditional Lingnan culture. After his death, he went to worship Confucius Temple and became the only great Confucianist in the Lingnan area to worship Confucius Temple. He has the reputation of "Holy generation true Confucianists" and "Lingnan one person". Chen Xianzhang once set up a hall for teaching at the Jianchun balcony in Baisha Village, Xinhui, and the existing "Chen Baisha Temple" in Baisha Village.

Qichao's Hometown

Liang Qichao is a great modern patriotic political activist, thinker and academic giant coming out of Chakeng Village in Xinhui, Jiangmen. He once led the Reform Movement of 1898. He was a representative of the bourgeois reformists in modern times, an advocate of the New Culture Movement and a supporter of the May 4th Movement.

Bay Area Portal

Jiangmen City, located in the west of the Pearl River Delta, is not only the land transportation hub of the Pearl River Delta and western Guangdong, but also an important node of the Maritime Silk Road. Jiangmen has obvious regional advantages and is the western gateway of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
