My personal view: the deliveryman's delivery behavior is essentially a entrusted ordering platform and restaurant, which is a temporary employment relationship. If the deliveryman is late, the employer should take the responsibility first rather than the deliveryman himself being deducted from the score or fined. This does not apply unless it can prove the deliveryman's subjective intention or major fault, It is also the responsibility of the employer to track down the individual deliveryman
