General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed in the 14th collective learning of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee that we should guide the whole society to firmly establish a correct concept of employment and open a new world of employment with a new concept of job selection. This important statement is conducive to further cohering the consensus of the whole society and providing directional guidance for achieving more full and high-quality employment.
Employment is the biggest livelihood, affecting thousands of families, and we should do a good job at any time. In recent years, due to economic restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading, profound changes have taken place in the labor market and new changes have taken place in the relationship between supply and demand. At the same time, the phenomenon of "difficult recruitment" and "labor shortage" coexist, and the contradiction between "no one works" and "no one works" exists simultaneously.
