Recently, Zhangzhou has formulated the "Three year Action Plan for Safety Production of Zhangzhou Municipal Housing Engineering" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). In terms of improving the ability of work safety supervision and law enforcement, the Plan clearly stipulates that strict management and severe punishment should be adhered to, all projects with work safety accidents should be publicly exposed, all credit points should be deducted, all construction market behaviors should be checked, all work safety licenses should be temporarily withheld according to laws and regulations, and all those involving state-owned assets should be reported to the state-owned assets supervision department. Seriously investigate and deal with the units and individuals who report late, fail to report, make a false report, or conceal the accident, and carry out interviews, circulars, and listing supervision in areas where there is no investigation, no punishment according to law, or even "zero punishment" after the accident.
