Product performance

Basic requirements for step 1:

1. Construction conditions: the temperature shall be above 5 ℃, and construction cannot be carried out in rainy and windy days.   

2. The construction personnel must have some experience in cement concrete construction, and understand the use method of this material before construction.   

3. Construction machinery: Pavement milling machine , mortar mixer or manual mixing tools (refitted electric hand drill), high-pressure water washing equipment, bottom cleaning tools, high-pressure air gun, scraper ruler or small channel steel, sponge or mop (to absorb excess water), more than two iron mixing barrels, marked with several tapes and trowels.   

4. The construction thickness should be more than 3mm.   

Step 2 Bottom surface treatment:

1. Cleaning: remove the loose parts such as bulges, peeling, cracks, etc., and roughen the parts less than 3mm and the parts with oil stains. The roughening method can be either milling machine or manual hammering.   

2. Cleaning: Clean up the floating soil and other sundries on the bottom surface, and wash them with high-pressure water. When washing, the slurry should be washed out of the working surface to prevent backflow.   

3. Wetting: After washing with water, keep the water on the working surface for a period of time, and fully moisten the working surface until no water seepage.   

Step 3: Mix materials:

1. Adding water: mix the material with water (clean water), and control the amount of water added at 17% - 19% for good aging effect.   

2. Mixing: The mixing must be fully and evenly mixed, and the mixing time should be about 3 minutes, not too long, to prevent solidification in the mixing bucket.   

3. Experience: According to experience, adding water before mixing will save time and labor. Because the setting time of this material is short, the amount of mixing at one time should not be too large. According to the working surface and construction progress, the materials mixed at each time should be completed within 20 minutes.   

Step 4 Construction method:

1. Clean and wet the base course: when the repair surface is fully moistened, the surface is wet but there is no clear water. If there is water in the potholes, use an air gun to blow the water dry or use a sponge dry cloth to suck the water dry before construction. The working surface should be kept wet but there is no clear water. If the surface is too dry, re wet it by sprinkling, and keep the working surface dry and humid to facilitate bonding and construction.   

2. Repair: for the repair of pits, pockmarks, peeling, exposed bones, small cracks, etc., pour the mixed materials on the working surface, spread with a larger trowel, slightly lift the front end of the trowel to form a 10 ° angle with the ground, and try to reduce the number of board returns; If it is difficult to find peace, it should be kept still for two to three minutes and then smoothed. The construction personnel can drill on a small area to understand the characteristics of materials and constantly summarize experience and construction skills.

3. For the repair of cracks, gnawing edges and wall collapses: the cracks can be aligned as far as possible, widened and deepened, and a regular groove with a width of 5cm and a height of 5cm can be expanded. The repair material is added to a certain proportion of aggregate (1:1-3), mixed and filled into the prepared groove, compacted and leveled.

4. For the repair of broken plates, broken corners and staggered plates: remove all moving plates at the diseased parts, and add a proportion of aggregate into the repair material to mix and fill. The addition of multiple aggregates can greatly reduce the repair cost. After the repair, traffic can be opened 2-4 hours later, especially for sections where the closed traffic time should not be too long.   

5. Precautions: the initial setting time of this material is short, and it will have adhesiveness during initial setting, which is not conducive to leveling, so first use a scraper to pave a large area and then use an iron trowel to level and polish locally (to avoid secondary plastering).   

Step 5 Health preservation and public transportation

After the repair is completed, water shall be sprayed immediately for curing after the final setting (it can not be cut with thumb nail). When the temperature is above 20 ℃, the public transportation can be started within 2-4 hours (up to C30). When the temperature is low, the opening time can be appropriately extended. Because the initial setting time of this material is short, the material can be leveled by paving as few times as possible; Cavities and faults shall be avoided during construction, especially at the joints with the bottom surface. When paving, a thin layer shall be scraped first, and the required thickness shall be paved immediately after observing that all concave and convex points have full contact with materials. If the large thickness of pits and grooves are not piled up at one time, they shall be filled in layers to be dense and even, but this link is continuous and cannot be separated, Otherwise, layering will occur.
