On the morning of July 4, the centralized commencement ceremony of Zhejiang's "1000 trillion" major projects in 2023 was held in the form of video link. Gao Yi said in his report that Quzhou City has always insisted that project construction is the only "king bomb" for economic and social development. Everything revolves around the project and focuses on the project. Pay close attention to the investment attraction of the industrial chain, focus on the extension and reinforcement of six landmark industrial chains, such as new materials, new energy and integrated circuits, focus on the leading enterprises, leading institutions, leading funds and leading regions, and try to attract the projects of "big and big+chain group distribution". Pay close attention to the "investment promotion", deeply promote the integration of the "five chains" of industry chain, innovation chain, talent chain, capital chain and service chain, accelerate the construction of a full life cycle fund investment matrix, and give full play to the role of capital chain in leveraging. Pay close attention to the construction of business environment, comprehensively undertake the implementation of the provincial "8+4" economic policy system, adhere to the special shift work, regular meeting system, listing, comparison and airing, iteratively optimize the whole life cycle promotion mechanism of the project, and do a good job in the whole process of "investment, construction, management and operation" of the project. We will take this centralized commencement activity as an opportunity, take the three "No. 1 Projects" and "Ten Major Projects" as the traction, focus on projects and major projects, work hard and strive bravely to ensure that all nine centralized commencement projects will be put into storage by the end of August, and contribute more Quzhou power to the overall situation of the province.
Quzhou branch venue is located at the site of Phase II and Phase III projects of Quzhou Penghui Energy Smart Energy Storage Manufacturing Base. The total investment of the project is planned to be 12 billion yuan. After completion, the production capacity of 36GWh energy storage battery will be formed, which will further improve the technical level and production process of energy storage battery and narrow the gap with the international advanced technology level.
It is reported that this is the second major project held in Zhejiang Province this year. Our city participated in 9 centralized projects, with a total investment of 45.6 billion yuan. Among them, there are 6 industrial projects with a total investment of 41.8 billion yuan, including three 10 billion yuan industrial projects of Pioneer IC, GP Energy Storage and One New Energy; Three infrastructure projects with a total investment of 3.8 billion yuan. The implementation of these projects will add momentum and stamina to the city's "strong industry and prosperous industry", and provide strong support for the construction of a marginal central city in four provinces.
