Li Xiang Mr. Li Xiang is the founder, chairman and CEO of the Company. Mr. Li is responsible for the overall development strategy, product design, business development and management of the company. Mr. Li has more than 20 years of experience in establishing and managing Internet technology companies, including more than 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Mr. Li is the founder of Autohome (NYSE: ATHM; Hong Kong Stock Exchange stock code: 2518), and served as its president from 1999 to June 2015. AutoHome is China's leading Internet platform for automobile consumption. At AutoHome, Mr. Li is mainly responsible for its overall strategy, content creation and product development. From May 2015 to September 2018, Mr. Li served as a director of NIO Inc. (New York Stock Exchange: NIO). Since May 2017, Mr. Li has served as an independent director of Beijing Siwei Tuxin Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange stock code: 002405), as well as a director of several unlisted companies.
Ma Donghui Mr. Ma Donghui has been the chief engineer of the company since September 2015, responsible for the research and development of the company. Mr. Ma has served as the president of the Research Institute in Sany Heavy Industry Body Co., Ltd. since June 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Ma served as a senior project manager in IAT Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. from June 2010 to June 2011, and as a director of the Body Department in Jane International Automotive Design (Beijing) Co., Ltd. from December 2003 to May 2010. Ma Xiansheng received his bachelor's degree in power engineering from Wuhan University of Technology in 1999 and his master's degree in mechanical manufacturing and automation from Shanghai University in 2003.
Li Tie Mr. Li Tie is the executive director of the Company and has served as the chief financial officer of the Company since July 2016. Mr. Li is responsible for the Company's overall strategy, accounting, legal affairs, internal control and capital market activities. Mr. Li worked at Autohome from March 2008 to June 2016, and his last position was vice president. Before joining Autohome, Mr. Li worked in the Beijing Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2002 to February 2008. Mr. Li completed the senior management leadership training course hosted by Harvard Business School in July 2019, and received his bachelor's degree in accounting and master's degree in management from Tsinghua University in July 1999 and June 2002, respectively.
Wang Xing Mr. Wang Xing is a non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Wang is the co-founder, executive director, CEO and chairman of Meituan (Hong Kong Stock Exchange stock code: 3690), China's leading e-commerce service platform, which was listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in September 2018. Mr. Wang is responsible for the overall strategic planning, business guidance and management of Meituan, and serves as a director in several subsidiaries of Meituan. Before founding Meituan in 2010, he co founded the first university social networking website Xiaonei in China in 2005. Xiaonei was later renamed Renren (New York Stock Exchange: RENN). Mr. Wang also co founded fanfou.com, a social media company specializing in microblogging, in May 2007. He was responsible for the management and operation of the company from May 2007 to July 2009. Mr. Wang received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University in July 2001 and his master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Delaware in January 2005.
Zhao Hongqiang Mr. Zhao Hongqiang has served as an independent director of the Company since July 2020, and was reappointed as an independent non-executive director on the listing date. Since June 2018, Mr. Zhao has served as the executive director and chief financial officer of Bairong Yunchuang (Hong Kong Stock Exchange stock code: 6608), the leading big data application platform in China's financial field. Since May 2018, Mr. Zhao has served as the independent director of Tiger Teeth Live (New York Stock Exchange: HUYA), China's leading streaming media game live broadcast company. Before that, Mr. Zhao had served as the CFO of Beijing Branch of Netease Lede Technology Co., Ltd. since October 2014. Mr. Zhao previously served as the assistant chief auditor of the Accounting Supervision Committee of Listed Companies (the regulatory and supervisory body under the US Securities Regulatory Commission). He was also employed by KPMG from August 2001 to February 2009, and his last position before leaving the firm was Audit Manager. By holding the above positions, Mr. Zhao has accumulated knowledge and experience in corporate governance. Mr. Zhao obtained his bachelor's degree in accounting from Tsinghua University in July 1999 and his master's degree in accounting from George Washington University in May 2001.
Fan Zheng Fan Zheng has served as our independent director since October 2020. According to the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Fan Zheng serves as a non-executive director. Before joining us, Fan Xiansheng served as the co-founder and vice president of Autohome from June 1999 to October 2016. Fan Xiansheng graduated from Hebei University of Science and Technology in July 2000 with a diploma from the College of Computer Science.
Jiang Zhenyu Mr. Jiang Zhenyu has served as an independent non-executive director of the Company since the listing date. Mr. Jiang has over 12 years of experience in financial management and legal practice. Mr. Jiang has served as the CFO and joint company secretary of Dida Travel respectively since May 2020 and September 2020. In Dida Travel, Mr. Jiang is mainly responsible for finance, investment, capital market activities and corporate governance. Before joining Dida Travel, Mr. Jiang served as the CFO of Cheetah Mobile (NYSE: CMCM), a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange, from April 2017 to January 2020. Before that, Mr. Jiang had founded and operated a technology startup company. From February 2014 to October 2015, Mr. Jiang served as the chief financial officer of the NASDAQ listed company Nine Wealth Digital (NASDAQ: JFU). From September 2008 to March 2014, he worked as a lawyer in Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher&Flom LLP. From January 2000 to July 2006, Mr. Jiang also served as an engineer of Borg Warner (NYSE: BWA), a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Jiang has accumulated corporate governance knowledge and experience through the above senior management positions he held in Dida Chuxing, Cheetah Mobile and Nine Rich Digital. Mr. Jiang graduated from Tsinghua University. He obtained his bachelor's degree and master's degree in automotive engineering in July 1995 and June 1998 respectively. He also obtained his master's degree from Pennsylvania State University and his doctor's degree from Cornell Law School in December 1999 and May 2008. Mr. Jiang obtained the qualification of a registered lawyer in New York State in January 2009, and was recognized as a chartered financial analyst by the American Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in April 2013.
Xiao Xing Professor Xiao Xing has served as the independent non-executive director of the company since the listing date. Professor Xiao has been teaching in the Accounting Department of the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University since April 1997. He is now the dean and professor of the Accounting Department of the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University. During his stay at Tsinghua University, Professor Xiao was a senior visiting scholar at Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Wisconsin, and was awarded Fulbright Scholar in 2011. Professor Xiao's main research fields are corporate governance, financial management, financial statement analysis and financial accounting. Professor Xiao has been an independent director of Mango Hypermedia Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange stock code: 300413) since January 2019; Independent director of Huaxi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange stock code: 688363) since March 2019; From March 2015 to July 2021, he served as an independent non-executive director of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (stock code of Shanghai Stock Exchange: 601288, stock code of Hong Kong Stock Exchange: 1288); From September 2013 to November 2019, he served as an independent director of Goethe Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange stock code: 002241); Independent director of Huayu Software Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange stock code: 300271) from June 2019 to March 2020 and November 2010 to August 2013; He has been an independent director of Love Life Insurance Co., Ltd. since August 2017. Professor Xiao has accumulated corporate governance knowledge and experience through his academic research and the above directorships. Professor Xiao received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and the second bachelor's degree in business management from Tsinghua University in July 1994, his master's degree in industrial foreign trade (accounting) from Tsinghua University in March 1997, and his doctor's degree in accounting from Tsinghua University in January 2004.
Xie Yan Mr. Xie has served as the senior vice president of the company since July 18, 2022. Mr. Xie has rich working experience in the technical field. Before joining the company, Mr. Xie served as Vice President of Software Engineering of Consumer Business Group, Director of Equipment Operating System Department of Huawei Technologies for three years, Chief Architect of AliOS System, General Manager of Alibaba Group Holdings Co., Ltd., and worked for Intel Corporation for six years. Mr. Xie received his bachelor's degree in information and electrical engineering from Zhejiang University in 2001 and his master's degree in computer engineering from the University of Delaware in 2003.
