1、 Enterprise and product registration
All import and export enterprises of dangerous chemicals (including ordinary chemicals and dangerous goods) shall fill in the Registration Form of Basic Information of Import and Export Enterprises and Products of Dangerous Chemicals, and attach copies of the business license of the enterprise, copies of relevant administrative permits, copies of management system certification certificates, classification and identification reports of dangerous characteristics of each chemical Hazard publicity labels, safety data sheets (SDS) and other relevant materials.

2. For those declared as dangerous goods, the Declaration of Conformity of Imported Chemicals and the report on classification and identification of dangerous characteristics shall be provided (not required for declaration); The enterprise shall provide hazard publicity labels and safety data sheets.
If the report on classification and identification of dangerous characteristics issued by a testing laboratory recognized by the inspection and quarantine institution cannot be provided, the consignee or its agent shall issue a letter of guarantee to promise that the consignee or its agent shall not sell or use the dangerous characteristics without passing the inspection of the inspection and quarantine institution before obtaining the report on classification and identification of dangerous characteristics issued by a testing laboratory recognized by the inspection and quarantine institution.
