In terms of welfare construction, lottery public welfare funds are mainly used for the construction of elderly care facilities, subsidies for the establishment of private elderly care institutions and the operation of beds, the elderly with economic difficulties, disability and dementia, the family aging renovation, subsidies for the elderly with subsistence allowances, and special government purchase services for elderly care and relief work.

According to statistics, since 2021, welfare fund for welfare lottery has granted 107700 person times of old-age subsidies to people 80 years old and above, nursing subsidies to 31 completely disabled elderly people, orphan grants to 8 orphans, completed the quality improvement of 4 township nursing homes, and transformed 601 poor elderly families into aging families, 14 pension service institutions were granted bed operation subsidies and one-time start-up subsidies.
