According to the spirit of the document Notice of the Social Affairs Bureau of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone on Further Strengthening the Supervision of the Whole Process of Social Security Card Services, Pingtan strictly standardized the entry and cancellation of the exit of social security card applications, and strengthened the linkage of social banking services and the supervision of related businesses. From April 1, citizens should provide valid ID cards when they go to the administrative service center of the experimental zone, the card printing outlets of each sub center, and the card printing outlet window of the cooperative bank.
