The first cylindrical "offshore oil and gas processing plant" in Asia, "Sea Anemone No. 1" floating production, storage and unloading unit (FPSO), designed and built by China, is about to be shipped from Offshore Oil Engineering (Qingdao) Co., Ltd.

"Sea Anemone 1" is known as the "Super Energy Bowl", with a maximum displacement of 100000 tons and a maximum oil storage of 60000 tons. It can operate at sea for 15 years without returning to the dock.

It is reported that "Sea Anemone No. 1" is the first cylindrical FPSO used in Asian waters and will be used in Liuhua Oilfield in the Pearl River Mouth Basin. Photographed by Zhang Jingang (People's Photo Network)
