There is a "120 Life Hotline" team consisting of 37 dispatchers, managers, engineers and quality controllers in the Wuhan Emergency Center. They are responsible for answering emergency calls, providing emergency treatment guidance, coordinating communication with medical institutions and providing emergency training for more than 10 million people in Wuhan, a megacity. Over the years, this team has adhered to the working principle of "quick response, effective treatment, every minute, and protection of life" to serve the masses.

It is reported that since its establishment, the "120 Life Hotline" team of Wuhan Emergency Center has been working day and night throughout the year. In 2023, the "hotline" will answer more than 850000 calls in total, and drive to receive more than 220000 patients. The team insists on serving patients wholeheartedly, and has won honorary titles such as "National Youth Civilization", "Worker Pioneer", "Wuhan Model", etc. Not long ago, the "120 Life Hotline" team of Wuhan Emergency Center was awarded the ninth batch of national demonstration sites for learning from Lei Feng.

Recently, Xinhua News Agency reporters walked into Wuhan Emergency Center to visit the "120 Life Hotline" team, which builds a life bridge for patients with professionalism.
