In the extreme cold of nearly minus 30 degrees Celsius, the boundary rivers between China and Russia, Heilongjiang and Wusuli, seem to stretch like a silver dragon. In Fuyuan, the "East Pole of China", the river near Heixiazi Island is covered with a thick layer of snow. In the distance, the sun rises slowly from the horizon, and the sun shines on the river, setting off the ice and snow into a sparkling golden yellow, which is particularly charming.

Heixiazi Island is located at the junction of Heilongjiang River and Wusuli River on the border between China and Russia. It was named after many wild black bears on the island. According to the statistical data of tourist reception of Heixiazi Island Scenic Spot, the scenic spot received 150000 tourists from the beginning of last year to the Double Festival Holiday, twice as many as the previous year, ushering in a new upsurge of tourism development.

Today, the tourism infrastructure of Fuyuan is constantly improved. The airport, railway station, expressway and Mangita Port have formed a three-dimensional transportation network of water, land and air in the small city of Fuyuan. Scenic spots such as Heixiazi Island have become a must for tourists to "punch in".
