The Elderly Happiness Canteen is one of Yancheng's practical livelihood projects. At present, 213 demonstrative elderly happiness canteens have been built in the city, serving more than 4 million elderly people every year. At the same time, the Yancheng Elderly Care Service Regulations, formulated and implemented, focus on such outstanding pension problems as "one person's disability and the whole family's imbalance", and constantly improve the sense of gain of rural elderly.
