In promoting the demonstration construction of "four good rural roads", Ji'an has made great efforts to solve the traditional management and maintenance problems of rural roads, set up special teams, and guided the construction of each county (city, district) in the way of "one policy for one county". At present, there are 4 national level demonstration counties and 8 provincial level demonstration counties in the city, and the demonstration of "four good rural roads" ranks among the top in the province.
We will spare no effort to escort the economic growth of water transport. Ji'an Port is located in the middle and lower reaches of Ganjiang River, with a total length of 281.3 kilometers of Ganjiang River waterway, and a total of 5 wharves have been put into operation. All cargo from the wharf can travel to Nanchang and Jiujiang, enter the Yangtze River, and reach the wharves along the river. In 2023, Ji'an Port will complete 956 ship loading and unloading, and the port throughput will be 1.163 million tons, an increase of 429% year on year. At present, the city is orderly promoting the construction of 11 key ports and docks.
