Hope in Zhouqu, Gansu

In Zhouqu County, Gansu Province, a huge debris flow disaster occurred. The debris flow rushed into the county seat and cut off the river to form a barrier lake. Two thirds of the county seat was threatened and tens of thousands of people were affected. So far, 702 people have been killed and 1042 are missing.
