It is estimated that there will be an obvious precipitation weather process in our district from August 3 to 6. The accumulated rainfall in the southeast of Wuzhong City, the south of Zhongwei City and Guyuan City is 40~80mm, some towns can reach 80~120mm, other regions 10~40mm, and the maximum hourly rainfall intensity is 30~50mm/h. The accumulated rainfall in this precipitation process is large, and the precipitation is mainly concentrated in the central and southern regions, and some villages and towns can reach rainstorm.
Rainfall tends to increase the risk of mountain torrent geological disasters along Helan Mountain and Liupan Mountain. It is necessary to monitor and patrol mountain torrents, landslides and debris flows in areas prone to geological disasters, and do a good job in disaster prevention and risk avoidance. Traffic and tourism safety management departments need to strengthen safety inspection and disaster prevention. In addition, the central and southern mountainous areas should seize the favorable opportunity of precipitation, carry out water storage and water-saving irrigation in reservoirs and ponds, make full use of valuable precipitation resources, ensure the growth and development of various autumn crops, and prepare for production and domestic water in the later period.
