Yesterday, a talent recruitment and innovation exchange meeting under the new Internet thinking with the theme of "linking industries and serving talents" was held in the Smart Cube of Jiaxing Science and Technology City, which is one of the series activities of the first South Lake Spring International Economic and Trade Fair. Relevant principals from 33 human resources organizations in Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Jiaxing and other places, and human resources practitioners from more than 100 key enterprises in Nanhu District gathered together to listen to the sharing of new ideas and successful experiences of human resources management brought by seven industry "big shots". Zhang Zhidong, Deputy District Head, attended the exchange meeting.

Lv Qin, a talent recruitment expert who has worked for 12 years, shared the theme of "Technology enabled HR - helping to upgrade the recruitment experience". "With the continuous development of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies, talent recruitment strategies and methods are also ushering in changes and innovation." Lv Qin suggested that Nanhu District should seize the opportunity of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration development to become a national strategy, gather advantageous industries, implement talent introduction policies, and create a city talent card.

After the theme sharing, the participants also held a round table meeting and business negotiation to discuss how to effectively improve the accuracy of talent recruitment in the new situation and solve the problem of "difficult to attract and retain talents" of enterprises.

In recent years, the South Lake District has actively implemented the strategy of strengthening the region with talents, released the talent policy dividend, played the role of market talent introduction mechanism, cultivated the human resources industry, and strengthened the talent service brand. Last year, 9381 talents of all kinds were introduced, including 113 doctors and 499 masters, providing a strong talent support for promoting the high-quality development of the South Lake District.

At the moment when talent recruitment enters the digital era, Nanhu District actively adapts to the reform of the human resources industry. The Yangtze River Delta (Jiaxing) Human Resources Industrial Park, established last August, has become a large platform for the concentrated development of the human resources service industry; Bonmang Human Resources Company, which was introduced recently, can rely on its big data center to help enterprises accurately recruit talents with intelligent means. Xiao Lvying, Deputy Director of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said: "Next, we will continue to make persistent efforts in senior talent search, big data application, high-end service outsourcing and overall solution, to enrich regional talent work with higher quality human resources services."
