Prepare special plans with high standards to lead the orderly development of major blocks. According to the 2021 action plan of the Eastern New Town, five special plans and important node urban design will be promoted in coordination. Deeply analyze the current situation of power load distribution and predict the trend of power consumption, and complete the special power planning. Focusing on improving the quality of the new city and the living environment, we completed the special planning of the green space system. Orderly connect the planning of major projects such as Jiaxing expressway and rail transit, and complete the special transportation planning. Deeply excavate underground space resources and complete underground space planning. Focusing on the requirements of improving the coordination and comfort of urban furniture system, complete the urban furniture planning of the Eastern New Town.
Improve the road network supporting facilities in high quality and establish the image quality of important nodes. Focus on "point to area" and promote the construction of fast, green and intelligent road traffic network. By formulating construction standards, standardizing the detailed requirements of overhead line landing, pavement leveling and paving, green landscape, urban furniture, parking management along the street, shop signboard setting along the street, building facades along the street and night lighting rectification, focusing on the reconstruction and upgrading of three model roads, namely, Asia Pacific Road, Linggongtang Road and Guangyi Road, and based on this, arranging and implementing road separation policies on the spot, Create a traffic artery with consistent design style and safe and comfortable travel.
High grade design of high-quality lines to create a beautiful new town of water countryside. Focusing on building an urban industrial comprehensive platform, a cultural and tourism livable comprehensive platform, and an idyllic scientific and technological innovation comprehensive platform, we will practice the concept of "three health and three suitability" and focus on launching three high-quality routes.
