BMW Skytop concept car appeared: combination of retro and technology

In 2024, the BMW Skytop concept car debuted at the Ester Manor Classic Auto Show on the shores of Lake Cuomo. The design inspiration of this two seater car comes from the classic models Z8 and 503 in the history of the brand, and some modern elements are added.

The Skytop concept car has a manually detachable hard roof and a one button electric lift rear window design, combining retro and technology. The front part of the car adopts a shark nose style design, which seems to take us back to the past. Although this car is only a concept car at present, it cannot be ruled out that it may produce a limited edition in the future.

It is worth mentioning that the painting of the Skytop concept car is also very eye-catching. According to the color scheme created by a special team of Dingorfen factory, the brown red hard ceiling is ingeniously combined with the matte silver body, supplemented by the "chrome plating shadow effect". This gradient is specially designed for Skytop to create a unique and elegant effect visually.

In the next two years, BMW will launch several important products to represent the arrival of its "Neue Klasse" (a new design language). Among them, the most noteworthy is the iX3 new model and the upcoming i3 sedan.
