Recently, however, a new hope to solve this problem appeared in the research of Professor Yang Peng of Shaanxi Normal University. He has developed an oil resistant material containing protein, which can be easily wiped off by carrying paper made of this material.

This innovation can not only prevent clothes from being splashed with oil when eating hot pot, but also hopefully reduce the use of detergent, which is of great significance in the field of environmental protection and low-carbon technology. In addition to being used in clothing, this material can also be used in many fields such as lunch boxes, biomedicine, etc.

Professor Yang Peng said: "Environmental protection and low-carbon technology are closely related to daily life, and social support is crucial for the implementation of scientific research applications. It not only provides substantive help for scientific research, but also brings great encouragement to researchers."
