Cao Cao Chuxing Joins Hands with Geely Technology to Build an Intelligent Disinfection and Purification Platform

On May 22, Cao Cao Chuxing, Fujian Big Data Group and Xiamen Free Breathing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly build the first public transport intelligent disinfection and purification platform in China.

According to the cooperation agreement, Cao Cao Chuxing will install intelligent disinfection and purification equipment for 1000 vehicles. After the driver starts the vehicle, the purification system will automatically start, and monitor and collect the vehicle internal environment data in real time and conduct big data analysis, intelligently judge the disinfection demand, and ensure the cleanness and safety of the vehicle internal environment through the 4G Internet of Things disinfection and purification system terminal.

Cao Cao Chuxing is a company headquartered in Suzhou and incubated by Geely Holding Group. In 2023, the company's revenue will increase by 39.8% year-on-year to 10.7 billion yuan, and its gross profit margin will increase to 5.8%. In the fourth quarter of 2023, Cao Cao Travel achieved an adjusted EBITDA rate of 5.0%.

It is worth mentioning that Cao Cao Chuxing has submitted the listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 30, and the co sponsors are Huatai International, ABC International and GF Securities (Hong Kong, China).
