1. All works must be original by the unit (person), and must not contain any content that infringes the rights of third parties, or violate the provisions of laws and regulations. If the selected special activity works are published in the "Hundred Network Positive Energy Special Activities" topic and other communication platforms, the recommender unit (or recommender) shall be responsible for any dispute. If any loss is caused to this website, the recommending unit (or the recommender) must compensate this website.
2. All works participating in the evaluation are authorized to China Youth Network, which can be published on the special platform of "One Hundred Network Positive Energy Special Activities" and other communication platforms, and China Youth Network is authorized to have the right to sublicense.
3. The works selected into the "100 Network Positive Energy Special Activities" rank in no particular order.
