On the parade training ground, Xie Zhigang, a member of a team of the Rocket Army, and the fourth level sergeant chief, led the team to tell the team members the essentials of military posture while correcting their actions. Every detail was not missed. The difference is that the trainee in the queue is the general leader of an equipment team.

Xie Zhigang is a famous professional and technical champion in the brigade. He once ascended the title of professional and technical champion in the brigade and won the third class merit. He is a famous "gold medal champion". In 2015, Xie Zhigang, as a passenger, participated in the September 3rd military parade. At the beginning of this year, at the age of 35, he volunteered to participate in the military parade for the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China. At first, the leader worried that he could not stand it, so he was appointed as a coach.

As the oldest member of the team to be read, Xie Zhigang is more strict with himself. Other members stand for 1.5 hours in military posture, and he stands for another hour; Every day after returning from the training ground, he would go to the water room and practice in front of the mirror. His kung fu is worth the effort. Xie Zhigang won the first place in the team's single player performance assessment and was confirmed as the guide vehicle operator.

After entering the parade village, thanks to his excellent performance, Xie Zhigang was selected as the coach of the general leader of the missile equipment team. At the beginning, in the face of such a high-level trainee, Xie Zhigang did not mention how nervous he was. He could not help correcting his actions. "Young man, if you have any problems, point them out boldly. You can help us train without worry." Encouraged by a general, Xie Zhigang adjusted his state and devoted himself to group training.

At the same time of training, Xie Zhigang took pictures of the training process of the general's leader with the help of video equipment, played them back during the rest time, pointed out the problems in details, helped the general's leader to correct actions and improve the training effect. His earnest efforts were unanimously recognized by the general leaders and won the reputation of "gold medal coach".
