This contract involves 16 software enterprises, such as Yibi Auto Software (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., ZTE System Technology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Anheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yuanwang Information Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Shifeng Technology Co., Ltd. The project focuses on industrial software, automotive software, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, intelligent manufacturing and other new quality productivity fields, and the contracted investment amount exceeds 15 billion yuan. After the project is launched, it will provide more than 4000 software industry jobs for Chongqing.

In 2022, the General Office of Chongqing Municipal Government issued the Chongqing Software and Information Service Industry "Stars in the Sky" Action Plan (2022-2025). The goal is that by 2025, there will be more than 10000 new software and information service enterprises, 200000 new employees, 100 billion yuan of new business income from the software and information service industry, the total output value of the city's software and information service industry will reach 500 billion yuan, and the overall level of industry development will enter the "first echelon" of the country.

The major projects signed this time will further expand the influence of the "Mantianxing" action plan.
