After investigating and mastering the relevant evidence, the trade union mediator fully communicated with the employer, and agreed that both parties would mediate in the "trade union+court" labor dispute mediation room in Xiling District. With the patient persuasion of the trade union mediator Yang Bo and others for two hours, Both parties agreed to sign an agreement on compensation for work-related injuries.

It is reported that since this year, the Xiling District Federation of Trade Unions has mediated 21 wage and industrial injury disputes through the mediation mode of "trade union+court", including 2 cases involving migrant workers with industrial injury, and the amount of compensation is more than 300000 yuan.
