As the only freshwater subspecies of finless porpoise in the world and a national first-class protected animal, the Yangtze finless porpoise is known as the "living fossil" of the Yangtze River ecology and the "giant panda in the water", while Poyang Lake is known as the "last fortress" of the Yangtze finless porpoise. Behind the behaviors of destroying and polluting the ecological environment are the fluke mentality and abnormal mentality that try to hide the truth from the world, and the distortion of local development thinking and environmental governance ideas. If this situation is allowed to develop, it will not only interfere with the progress of environmental governance, but also may cause the adverse effect of "bad money expels good money", which may form a vicious circle of "environmental governance does not compete as" emotional intelligence ".
