Q: Remember what you look like when you just walked into CRCC?

Step out of the ivory tower, go to work, come to a strange environment, and embark on a new journey. Here may be the north, or the south, or you may live in a desolate Gobi, a remote mountain village, or you may live in a noisy city, or you may live in a foreign country, or you may live in a foreign country. The daily contact has changed from various books to dense drawings, the simple and beautiful campus life has become a lively construction environment, the symphony of pots and pans has become a concert of mechanical roar on the construction site, and the daily intimate students have become colleagues and "comrades in arms" who live together day by day.

Q: What changes has this life brought to you?

You used your first month's salary to buy gifts for your parents. You introduced your new roommates to your relatives and friends in the new dormitory. You quietly planned to become a backbone with the fastest speed, like the excellent seniors. Then you begin to know that you should change your role as soon as possible, keep learning business knowledge, handle the relationship with colleagues, adapt to the fast pace here, and most importantly, you should be able to integrate into the environment no matter where you are.

This kind of life seems to go round and round. All night long night, morning light at morning meeting, uniform uniforms, standardized slogans, daily video connection with family members, and special reunion on festivals and birthdays. But this kind of life seems different. Work needs, you have changed many jobs, met many different people, they have different accents, but because of the same dream and feel more intimate.

When your parents are old, white frost grows on your temples. You are no longer a child; As the child grows older, he knows more and more, and no longer thinks you are the only hero.

Q: When you look back, do you regret it?

Growth comes with gains and costs. From green years to getting married and starting a business, the edges and corners are polished by life. The glory of dreams seems to change from dazzling to indistinct, sometimes absent. However, when you look back on the road you have traveled and see the road, the bridge and the building you and your colleagues have built together, you will feel that your growth and your dreams have long been deeply engraved in your heart somewhere.
