"Five in one" refers to comprehensively promoting economic, political, cultural, social and ecological progress. Wei Guozhu, who joined the Communist Party of China in July 2010, once served as the head of the 35000 substation of Chengde Shengfeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and now serves as the deputy director of the power workshop of Chengde Tianbao Cement Co., Ltd. He was awarded the title of "Craftsman" in Chengde City, and in 2019, he was awarded the title of "Model Worker" in Chengde City.
