Hui Zhonghua is currently the secretary of the Party branch and the head of the Fourth Kindergarten in Chengde. She led all teachers to rely on Chengde's unique long history and culture, introduce the cultural resources of their hometown with local characteristics into the campus, and create a series of kindergarten based teaching materials "Chengde New Children's Songs", which is the first "Chengde Traditional Cultural Landscape" children's books in Chengde. Over the years, she has provided high-quality preschool education services for the society, and interpreted the demeanor of contemporary educators with practical actions. In 2019, Huizhonghua won the title of Advanced Worker in Chengde.
