Sun Donghui, senior technician and engineer of fitter, once worked in the maintenance and overhaul center of Chenggang Company of Hegang Group, and now is the fitter training teacher of Industrial Technology Center of Hebei Petroleum Vocational and Technical University. Sun Donghui has always practiced the working standard of "no best, only better", presided over the preparation of construction organization design and on-site construction work for a number of large-scale mechanical equipment installation, obtained a number of patents and innovative achievements, and many operation methods have been used up to now. As the leader of the provincial skill master studio, he has effectively played the role of "transmission, help and guidance" of operating technology, and has guided the fitter professional team and individual workers of Chengde Industrial School to win many awards in national, provincial and municipal skill competitions. Sun Donghui was awarded the May Day Labor Medal of Hebei Province.
