On March 5, 1949, the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Xibaipo Village, Pingshan County, Hebei Province. The meeting drew a grand blueprint for the new China and determined the major policies of the new China.

According to Mao Zedong's analysis of the two basic contradictions after the national victory, the meeting stipulated the Party's basic policies in politics, economy, diplomacy and other aspects.

The Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a meeting of far-reaching historical significance for the founding of the new China. In order to promote and welcome the arrival of national victory and ensure the transformation of China from a new democratic society to a socialist society, the conference made full preparations politically, ideologically and theoretically, and described the grand blueprint of new China.

Wu Liyan is currently the Deputy Chief of East Passenger Station of Chengde Sifang Long Distance Bus Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. He was awarded the title of "Excellent Employee" and "Excellent Communist Party Pacesetter" for 8 consecutive years, and was awarded the title of Chengde Model Worker in 2019.

The series of "Micro classroom in the air - 100 model workers telling the history of the party" was jointly launched by the Chengde Federation of Trade Unions and the comprehensive radio of Chengde People's Radio.
