In order to deceive public opinion, Chiang Kai shek pretended to negotiate with the Communist Party of China and signed the "Double Ten Agreement". In 1946, the Kuomintang reactionaries unilaterally tore up the agreement and attacked the Central Plains Liberated Area with about 300000 troops.

The War of Liberation kicked off. The Menglianggu Campaign was a major campaign in Yimeng mountain area under the command of Chen Yi and Su Yu, the East China Field Army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, during the War of Liberation. In this victory, the 74th Division of the Kuomintang Army was completely wiped out. Our army created an example of cutting off the main force of the enemy's attack from the center of the enemy's front under the situation of the enemy's heavy forces advancing together. It was the key battle to break the Kuomintang army's key attack on the Shandong Liberated Area and change the battle situation in East China.

Sun Haoran is currently the leader of the law enforcement team of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County Branch of Chengde Ecological Environment Bureau. She has gone to the scene for more than 300 law enforcement inspections, more than 10 night inspections, handled more than 170 petition cases, 15 administrative penalties, transferred two criminal cases of environmental violations, and sealed one, contributing to the cause of ecological environment protection. During the epidemic, she took the lead in returning to work, leading law enforcement officers to the front line to conduct a comprehensive inspection of medical waste and sewage from medical institutions. She works in sewage treatment plants, rural health centers and other places. In 2019, Sun Haoran was rated as an advanced individual in Chengde.
