The Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the only national congress held overseas in the history of the Communist Party of China, and it is also the most dangerous and tortuous party congress.

In 1927, the Great Revolution failed, and there were differences within the Communist Party of China on such major issues as the nature of Chinese society and the nature, object, power and future of the revolution. It was urgent to convene a national congress of the Party to answer a series of fundamental questions.

Since late April 1928, 142 representatives of the Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, armed with the spark of the Chinese revolution, have gone to Moscow in batches. For the sake of confidentiality, from the moment of arriving at the meeting place, each representative was given a number, and the real name was hidden, which was commensurate with the number. This is the only time in the history of the Communist Party of China.

From June 18 to July 11, 1928, the Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held in Moscow, lasting 24 days, with 142 representatives (84 of whom had the right to vote) and more than 40000 members representing the whole country. The Sixth Central Committee was elected at the meeting, and the new Central Committee of the General Assembly was composed of 23 Central Committee members and 14 alternate Central Committee members.

Yang Shufeng, the current secretary and vice president of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Kuancheng County Hospital, and the first secretary in the village of DongLizhangzi Village, Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County (returning unit in May 2019). He was awarded the "Hebei Province Poverty Alleviation Contribution Award" and other honorary titles. In 2019, he was rated as a model worker of Chengde City.

The series of "Micro classroom in the air - 100 model workers telling the history of the party" was jointly launched by the Chengde Federation of Trade Unions and the comprehensive radio of Chengde People's Radio.
