On August 7, 1927, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held an emergency meeting at No. 41 Sanjiao Street (now No. 139 Poyang Street), the former Russian concession in Hankou. Due to the tense situation, only 21 representatives attended the meeting. Mao Zedong put forward the idea of "political power comes out of the barrel of a gun".

The meeting passed the "Letter of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of China to All Party Members", which requires resolutely correcting right-wing errors within the Party, decides to implement the agrarian revolution and armed resistance against the Kuomintang reactionaries, and passed three resolutions on the peasant struggle, the workers' movement, and the organization of the Party. The meeting elected a new Provisional Political Bureau of the Central Committee.

Cui Yuxiang, who joined the work in 1951, has successively held the posts of operator, deputy director of the telephone office and head of the long-distance telephone section of Chengde Post and Telecommunications Bureau. Cui Yuxiang made use of years of work experience to explore and summarize a set of operating methods of the magnet multiple converter, such as "five fingers blossom", "two ears and two ears listen", "hand-held multi plug", etc., for artificial city electric activity, thus gradually achieving an increase from more than 200 connections per hour in the past to more than 562 connections per hour, setting a national record for the number of connections per hour at that time. Her method of operation has also been made into a science and education film and broadcast on a national tour. In 1959, Cui Yuxiang was rated as the national advanced worker.

The series of "Micro classroom in the air - 100 model workers telling the history of the party" was jointly launched by the Chengde Federation of Trade Unions and the comprehensive radio of Chengde People's Radio.
