From July 16 to 23, 1922, the Second National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Shanghai. The Second National Congress of the Communist Party of China adopted strict confidentiality measures. The conference is dominated by small group meetings, reducing the number of plenary meetings, and changing the address for each meeting to avoid attracting the attention of the concession patrol house and reactionary authorities. The conference lasted for 8 days and held three plenary meetings.

Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the political consciousness of workers has improved rapidly, and the level of organization has also improved significantly. The peasant, youth and women's movements led by the Party have also shown a new look, and the situation of the Chinese revolution is moving towards a clearer path.

Xiang Guangzhi is currently the vice president of Chengde Conservation Association of Historic and Cultural Cities, and was once a model worker in Chengde. In 2002, Xiang Guangzhi was in charge of the work of ancient buildings and gardens, restoring 38 garden buildings such as Chengguan and Guangyuan Palace and the historical water system of the summer resort, so that the Wulie River, which had been cut off for more than 200 years, was re injected into the mountain resort. In 2008, Xiang Guangzhi participated in the drafting of Chengde's 11th Five Year Plan for the Protection of Cultural Relics and the Plan for the Protection of Summer Resort. In order to spread the value of world heritage and the concept of protection, Xiang Guangzhi has held more than 30 training lectures for Chengde University, the Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage, etc.

The series of "Micro classroom in the air - 100 model workers telling the history of the party" was jointly launched by the Chengde Federation of Trade Unions and the comprehensive radio of Chengde People's Radio.
