In order to better serve small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises to carry out innovation activities, a few days ago, our province began to solicit provincial-level innovation service providers of science and technology innovation vouchers. This collection is aimed at innovation voucher service providers that are not automatically qualified.

It is reported that innovation service providers are responsible for providing technology innovation services such as technology development, technology transfer, test, innovation method training, project evaluation and achievement evaluation consultation for technology-based SMEs. Innovation service providers are mainly selected from institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes, new research and development institutions, technology innovation centers at or above the provincial level, industrial technology research institutes at or above the provincial level, state-owned enterprises, subsidiaries and other units, and voluntarily declare and determine the best.

According to the requirements, the application materials should have a brief introduction to the organization, including basic information, scientific researchers, scientific research level, service content, etc. If there are other materials to prove the service qualification of the applicant, they should also be attached, such as the approval document of the Technology Innovation Center.

The applicant shall register the account of the innovation service provider on the information management platform of Hebei Science and Technology Innovation Voucher. After successful registration, the applicant shall log in to the innovation voucher management platform, fill in the information as required, and upload the corresponding data. The applicant shall print the materials submitted online in complete sets and submit them to the centralized management department for preliminary review. After the preliminary review organized by the centralized management departments, a list of recommendations will be formed and submitted to the Provincial Science and Technology Department.
