On this basis, we will promote the relocation and upgrading of China Electronics Network Communication Research Institute and the fission of China Electronics Industry Foundation Research Institute projects, and accelerate the formation of two new parks of network communication and industry foundation; Plan to launch the second phase project of Hikvision, and build Hikvision North R&D and production headquarters base; Support Puxing Electronic Silicon Carbide Epitaxial Wafer to increase production capacity, expand market, and layout the fourth generation semiconductor materials in advance.
On the other hand, focusing on the five main directions of integrated circuits, low orbit satellites, automotive electronics, software R&D and robots, we will vigorously carry out investment promotion for chain owners, funds, orders and industrial parks, introduce projects from abroad, extend the chain and supplement the chain, and accelerate the cultivation of national top 100 enterprises and major chain enterprises.
