The first time to implement classified management of the competition, the first prize of the municipal competition will be increased to 3000 yuan

Recently, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions officially issued the Administrative Measures for Shijiazhuang Workers' Vocational Skills Competition (Trial), which is the first time that the city has issued the administrative measures. In order to strengthen management and improve results, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions has taken a series of innovative measures, such as classified management, improving the level of awards, expanding the coverage of awards, etc., to encourage more enterprises and employees to participate in the competition, stimulate new energy and create new achievements.

For accurate management, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions divided the municipal competition into Class I competition and Class II competition for the first time, and implemented the whole process management. The first class competition refers to the municipal skill competition and the municipal competition related to the type of work of the provincial comprehensive competition led by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and jointly sponsored by the relevant departments directly under the municipal government. The second category competition refers to the professional skills competition for industrial workers in the city led by the industrial trade union, and the municipal preliminary contest of the provincial industrial competition hosted by the industrial trade union, which is classified as the second category competition.

The reward for the player who wins the first place in the finals of various types of work in the municipal first class competition is raised from 1200 yuan in previous years to 3000 yuan. The awards for other winners have also been improved, with 1500 yuan and 1000 yuan for the second and third place winners, and 800 yuan for each of the other winners. The first prize winner in the municipal first class competition will be awarded the certificate of "technical champion" for this type of work, and the other winners will be awarded the certificate of "technical expert" for the corresponding type of work.

The rewards for the winners of the first to third place in the municipal second category competitions generally do not exceed 2000 yuan, 1200 yuan and 1000 yuan, and the rewards for other winners do not exceed 600 yuan. The certificate of "Technical Champion" and "Technical Expert" was issued.

The contestants who win the first place to the fifth place in the finals of the National Workers' Vocational Skills Competition for all types of work (events) will be awarded 10000 yuan, 9000 yuan, 8000 yuan, 7000 yuan and 6000 yuan respectively. The sixth to tenth place will be rewarded with 3000 yuan. 5000 yuan will be awarded to the player who wins the first place in the final of each type of work (event) in the first class competition of Hebei Workers' Vocational Skills Competition.

The Management Measures define the reward policy for the coaching team for the first time. For the coach team who guided the training of our city's representative team and won the first place in the final of the first class competition of Hebei Vocational Skills Competition for Employees, 2000 yuan will be awarded to each person, and the total amount of award for the coach team will not exceed 10000 yuan.
