Health free clinic enters Yandong Community

In order to provide community residents with comprehensive, high-quality and convenient medical and health services, the Party Committee of Yandong Community, Changfeng Street, Chang'an District, Shijiazhuang City, joined hands with the Party organizations of provincial and municipal hospitals to explore a new model of home care medical services.

The authoritative experts from more than 20 departments of Hebei Provincial Chest Hospital came into the community to deliver "one-stop" consultation services for residents. At the free clinic site, experts not only patiently and carefully answered the residents' health consultation, but also provided free ECG, ophthalmic slit lamp, blood sugar, blood pressure, otoscope, rhinoscope and other examination items for the elderly in the community. Residents all said that free clinic activities enabled them to enjoy professional medical services at home, which not only facilitated life, but also enhanced health awareness.
