Dongqiuling Village is located in the east of Yi'an Town, adjacent to Huangbizhuang Reservoir in the north and Shiyan Road in the south. It is a migrant village. Although the traffic conditions are relatively convenient, the land in the village is small and the population is large, so there are few resources to rely on for development. The village collective economy has long relied on land lease income, and there has been no new growth point.

In recent years, Yi'an Town has combined the work of improving the appearance of the village with the development of production and enriching farmers, and guided the two committees of Dongqiuling Village to count and revitalize the idle stock assets and inherent advantageous assets in the village around the working idea of "strengthening the leadership of party building and developing industrial projects", and introduced luggage processing projects using the idle land in the village, We will work out a new way to increase collective income by exchanging resources for capital and stocks for increments.

The luggage processing project covers an area of 350 square meters, 40 sets of various sewing equipment, and more than 40 people are employed. It is estimated that the per capita monthly net income will be more than 2000 yuan, and the per capita monthly wage during peak production is expected to be more than 6000 yuan. The introduction of this project has provided employment opportunities for women in the village. According to the different production processes and parts, pay according to the piece.
