The comprehensive treatment project of the lower reaches of the Chulong River is one of the key projects of the ecological restoration and comprehensive treatment project of Yuanshi County. For a long time, the water conservancy bureau of the county has firmly established the concept of "project as the king", focused on the weaknesses that restrict the development of water conservancy, and actively planned leading, leading and supporting large and good projects around key areas such as river reservoir management, flood control and security, and drinking water safety. This year, the county has declared the implementation of three water supply projects, five river control projects, one mountain torrent gully control project and one reservoir project.

Various water conservancy projects under construction in Yuanshi County are constantly advancing. 20% of the quantities of the rural water supply pipe network and metering facilities upgrading project have been completed, 10% of the quantities of the Huaihe River Comprehensive Treatment Project and the lower reaches of the Chulong River Comprehensive Treatment Project have been completed respectively, and other projects are also being pushed forward in a tight and orderly manner.
