Now it is the time for spring plowing and preparation. Winter wheat is turning green one after another. Farmers are seizing the agricultural time, grasping the key period of spring pipe, and carrying out field management. Yesterday, the reporter came to Zhaoxian County and found that farmers there were spraying winter wheat. However, they are not carrying sprayers, but driving drug dispensers or controlling drones to spray. Because this spraying method not only saves labor and labor, but also has high quality, which can better ensure the grain harvest.

One dosing machine can work more than 400 mu every day

Yesterday, Jia Zhifeng and Yao Junpo were driving a self-propelled sprayer in the wheat field in the east of Baishang Village, north of Zhaoxian County.

"These two sets of spraying machines can finish the spraying for about 30 mu of land in more than 10 minutes at a time." Li Qing, the person in charge of the scene, told reporters that among the drugs sprayed this time, there are not only herbicides, but also insecticides, bactericides, and regulating the growth of wheat.

Li Qing said that today, each pesticide dispenser can operate more than 400 mu a day, with the efficiency more than 50 times higher than that of traditional sprayers, and the cost per mu of land can be saved by half. "More importantly, more uniform and sufficient spraying can improve the grain yield." Li Qing said, "Today we plan to spray more than 700 mu of wheat, and in two or three days we can complete more than 4000 mu of work."

When he saw He Jianghai in Nanbai Shangcun, he was busy dispensing medicine on the ground. "My family has more than 7 mu of land, which was transferred to the cooperatives five or six years ago." He Jianghai said that when he planted the land, he always carried the sprayer on his back to inject medicine, which made his shoulder ache, slow and ineffective. Since the transfer of land, he has not only received 1600 yuan per mu of land transfer fee, but also no longer had to work so hard to get medicine.

"We are trained by the manufacturer to operate the medicine machine." Yao Junpo of Yao Family Village said that he is not too busy now, and his daily salary is about 140 yuan. "When the wheat harvest comes, he can earn nearly 300 yuan every day." After that, Yao Junpo couldn't help laughing.

Li Qing told reporters that his Zhaoxian Guanghui Agricultural Machinery Service Professional Cooperative had 20000 mu of high standard farmland this year, all of which had realized mechanized management. "Rotary tillage, sowing, management, harvesting, and straw crushing are all mechanized."

Yao Fengjuan, the head of Zhaoxian Guanghui Agricultural Machinery Service Professional Cooperative, said that in 2021, relying on the team of academician Zhao Chunjiang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the cooperative will build the first "unmanned farm" in Hebei Province, realize the whole process unmanned agricultural machinery operation of wheat and corn "tillage, planting, management and harvesting", establish a visual monitoring platform, and build a wheat Unmanned agricultural machinery operating system and technical mode for corn production, realizing the transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization to intelligent development.

UAV spraying reassures farmers

When I saw Zheng Yongjie, he was standing on the ground of a large wheat field in the southwest of Qiantian Village, Zhao County. Together with Geng Guanghan, each person controlled a UAV to spray wheat.

"We all have UAV operation certificates for plant protection." Zheng Yongjie said with a smile that since March 15, he has started to operate UAVs in seven or eight villages, including Qiantian Village and Houying Village, and has sprayed seven or eight hundred mu of wheat. "I flew more than 100 mu of land in Yanjiazhai Village and Xizhangjiazhuang Village this morning, mainly for weeding." Zheng Yongjie said that every time he arrived at a wheat field, he would set up a spraying route, dosage, width, etc. on the UAV. "The plant protection UAV should be 2 to 2.5 meters away from the wheat field, 5 meters wide, and 1.5 to 2 liters per mu." Speaking of the standard of UAV spraying operation, Zheng Yongjie came with his mouth open, obviously already firmly in his mind.

During the interview, the reporter happened to meet Yang Xiuqin, a villager from Qiantian Village who passed by by bike. "My family's 140 mu of land is all for them to take medicine." Yang Xiuqin said that six years ago, her family contracted more than 100 mu of land. When she was worried about taking medicine, she learned that there was a company that could use drones to take medicine. Not only the effect was good, but the price was also low. "Only 5 yuan per mu of land." So Yang Xiuqin did not hesitate to find the company and has cooperated happily ever since.

"Our company's drones are plant protection drones, including T20 There are four types of T30, T40 and T50, among which T20 is the most commonly used by local people. " Feng Yongqiang, the person in charge of Zhaoxian Standard&Poor Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., said that different models have different loads. "T20 means this UAV can carry 20kg of herbicides."

Feng Yongqiang said that under normal circumstances, T20 plant protection UAV can spray 10 mu of wheat every time, which takes about 10 minutes. "It used to take more than ten minutes to spray medicine on an acre of land." Feng Yongqiang said that at one time, people were not optimistic about drones, but since the previous year, more and more villagers have recognized drones. "The first reason is that the labor cost is relatively high now, and the second reason is that people can't match the speed and quality of spraying drugs with UAVs." Feng Yongqiang said that last year, the company sprayed nearly 200000 mu of medicine for nearby villagers, and this year it plans to reach 300000 mu.

Take multiple measures to protect spring ploughing

Zhaoxian County is a major agricultural county and grain producing county in Shijiazhuang City. With flat terrain and fertile land, the whole county has 714000 mu of arable land. It is the national production base of high-quality grain and high-quality wheat. The annual sown area of grain is more than 1.1 million mu, and the annual output of high-quality grain is nearly 600000 tons. Zhaoxian's high-quality wheat is even more famous nationwide.

"In order to organize this year's spring plowing and preparation work of agricultural machinery, and give full play to the role of agricultural machinery as the main force in spring plowing production, we have made early deployment, early planning, early action, and taken a variety of positive and powerful measures to ensure the smooth progress of spring plowing production." Fan Yongliang, head of the Agricultural Machinery Section of Zhaoxian County Agriculture and Rural Bureau, said in an interview that up to now, 2158 sets of agricultural machinery have been overhauled in the county, Among them, there are 1600 large and medium-sized tractors and 558 supporting agricultural machines and tools.

At the same time, in combination with the 2024 Law Enforcement Action of Cracking Down on "Spring Thunder" of Agricultural Means of Production, Zhaoxian County Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau organized agricultural machinery law enforcement and agricultural machinery management personnel to go to all townships, agricultural machinery cooperatives and agricultural machinery operation sites, and carried out troubleshooting of hidden dangers in agricultural machinery safety production according to the overall requirements of "full coverage, zero tolerance, strict law enforcement, and effectiveness". Implement strict grid management for agricultural machinery vehicles and drivers in the whole county, sign the Responsibility Certificate for Safe Production of Agricultural Machinery with agricultural machinery cooperatives, farmers who have newly purchased machinery, and agricultural machinery safety officers of all towns and villages, further clarify the responsibility subject, strengthen responsibility awareness, and implement target responsibilities. Carry out quality spot check and safety inspection on agricultural machinery maintenance plants and agricultural machinery maintenance spare parts stores, crack down on illegal activities such as selling fake and inferior agricultural machinery products, resolutely prevent fake and inferior agricultural machinery from entering the market, and ensure that farmers can use reliable agricultural machinery. Up to now, we have visited 11 towns, 18 agricultural machinery cooperatives, and more than 10 agricultural machinery workplaces to eliminate potential accidents in a timely manner. We have also upgraded one unlicensed tractor and one unlicensed driver.

In addition, in order to do a good job of spring pipe and spring sowing, Zhaoxian County Agricultural and Rural Bureau strengthened information scheduling, grasped the dynamics of supply and demand, and ensured the effective supply of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural films, etc. At present, the county has reserved 5300 tons of various fertilizers, 45 tons of pesticides and herbicides, 400 tons of agricultural film, and 900 tons of crop seeds, which can meet the current market demand. Technicians take various forms to do a good job of technical publicity and training, promote the green production technology model with the goal of agricultural water saving, fertilizer saving, drug saving, yield increase and income increase, and provide technical support services for summer grain harvest.

Zhao Suohui, director of the Agricultural Technology Popularization Center of Zhaoxian County Agricultural and Rural Bureau, suggested that farmers should focus on moisture conservation, promote weakness and control prosperity, prevent spring frost damage, and strive to make the main stem into large ears, tillers into more ears, stabilize ears and increase grains to ensure food security.
