In the first year of the year, spring comes to families, and the year of the dragon is full of blessings. On the afternoon of January 26, the Federation of Trade Unions of the High tech Zone organized more than 80 staff members in the district's staff service center to carry out the manual palace lantern making activity of "Welcoming the New Year and Sending Wanfu".

At the activity site, Li Ying, an associate professor of Hebei Normal University, was invited to give lectures on the history of intangible cultural heritage of palace lanterns, production technology and craftsman inheritance spirit. The staff were very interested in explaining relevant knowledge and listened carefully. In the formal production process of palace lanterns, the workers will assemble materials such as lifting poles, lamp faces, tassels, and finally complete the production of hand-made palace lanterns. As the activity drew to a close, one by one prosperous palace lantern was born from the hands of the staff. Everyone fully experienced the fun of hand making, showed each other the finished palace lantern and took a group photo.
