Lingshou County carries out women+skills training volunteer service

"It's convenient and practical to attend training at home, and it's great that you can go on duty after training." From January 20 to 21, Lingshou County Women's Federation, together with the Home Economics Training Base, carried out a two-day professional training for domestic workers to improve women's employment and entrepreneurship ability. Free and practical training courses are favored by women.

In the classroom, professional housekeeping service personnel explained various housekeeping service skills to everyone through the combination of practice and theory. The courses were rich in content, close to reality, easy to understand, highly operational and instructive, and received unanimous praise. The sisters who participated in the training all wore bright smiles: "In the past, they used to clean the glass at home, but they didn't clean the glass after moving from the bungalow to the building. This training was really good. We learned professional housekeeping skills, which can not only be used in our own homes, but also sign up for more in-depth and systematic training, so that re employment is more guaranteed."

After the training, the housekeeping company will register information for residents who have the intention to further study housekeeping skills and engage in housekeeping work, help community women in need to find suitable jobs. In addition, domestic service personnel also went into the home of single mothers with difficulties to clean the glass and floor for free. After careful cleaning, every corner of the house becomes spotless.

The relevant person in charge of the County Women's Federation said that the next step would be to continue to organize women with employment needs, participate in domestic service learning, regularly carry out services for the people, and help residents in need to achieve flexible employment.
