Shandong Radio and TV Station's Statement on Strengthening Copyright Protection

In order to implement the Central Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Integrated Development of Traditional Media and Emerging Media, promote the establishment and improvement of the copyright cooperation mechanism between traditional media and emerging media, and regulate the order of online reprinting copyright, according to the relevant requirements of the Notice of the National Copyright Administration on Regulating the Order of Online Reprint Copyright, the following statement is made:

1. Works interviewed (shot), edited, produced, published (broadcast) by Shandong Radio and Television Station, including but not limited to various news works, variety shows, documentaries, feature films, audio programs, audio-visual programs, such as newsletters, interview reports, survey comments, archives, etc., which are first published publicly by the unit, Mobile content is an important copyright asset of Shandong Radio and TV Station. As the author of the above-mentioned works, Shandong Radio and Television Station enjoys complete copyright according to law. All media, network service providers and individuals are requested to strictly abide by copyright related laws and regulations.

2. Any organization or individual, including but not limited to TV stations, radio stations, newspapers, periodicals, Internet service providers and network users, shall not, except for the reasonable use stipulated in the copyright law, without the written permission of Shandong Radio and Television Station, in any form on various audio and video websites, mobile phone clients, IPTV, APP, OTT Publish, broadcast, broadcast, reprint, copy, reproduce, adapt, compile, edit, distribute, perform, exhibit and display the above-mentioned works or relevant materials of works on the platforms or channels such as books, newspapers, public places, etc.

3. When authorized to reprint works, all media, network service providers and individuals should consciously sign their names for the copyright owner, without distorting or altering the original text and title. When authorized to reprint the above-mentioned works, the source shall be indicated, and when reprinting the works published in the website, the link address of the source website shall also be indicated.

4. Shandong Radio and TV Station will strengthen copyright monitoring and rights protection for the aforementioned works, and will strictly investigate the infringement liability for the illegal use of the aforementioned works without permission. All media, network service providers and individuals shall timely delete the infringing content and properly solve the infringement matters after receiving the right protection notice issued by Shandong Radio and Television Station.

5. From the date of release of this statement, all media, websites and individuals should actively check and delete the content suspected of infringement. If you need to continue using the relevant content, please contact Shandong Radio and Television Station in time for copyright cooperation.
