Each of our IDX Aiding products is customized for you and has your own signature. All returned products cannot be sold again and may be treated as scrap products. To avoid waste of resources, please consider it a little before applying for return and replacement. I wish you a happy order and enjoy personalized fashion life.

We will provide free repair service within 30 days for all shoes sold

1. Within the three guarantee period of the ordered goods (within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods), if there are quality problems such as broken bottom, broken heel, cross section, broken upper foot, broken upper bottom thread, uneven nail foot, small heel surface falling off, glue peeling off at the upper bottom joint or popping length of 2 cm, depth of less than 0.5 cm, glue peeling, thread peeling, etc. under normal use, free repair can be provided by the delivery order or invoice.

2. If the goods ordered have exceeded the three guarantee period (30 days from the date of receipt of the goods), you can apply for repair with the delivery note or commodity invoice, and we will repair them, but at the same time we will charge the basic fee for this repair.

3. Within the three guarantee period of the ordered goods (30 days from the date of receipt of the goods), if the goods have artificial quality problems, we will not repair them under normal circumstances. If the customer requests repair, we will charge the basic cost of repair, and will not bear the cost of mailing back.

4. During the three guarantee period of the ordered goods (within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods), if the shoes still have quality problems after two consecutive repairs, IDX will replace them. If you do not request replacement or there is no shoes of the same style and price to be replaced, IDX Love will return the goods to consumers. When returning the goods, we can charge a depreciation fee of no more than three thousandths of a day.
