The reporter learned from the Emergency Management Bureau of Jinping County that from November 11 to 13, there were heavy rains in Dunzhai Town, Xinhua Township, Zhongling Township and other towns in Jinping County, with the maximum rainfall of 371.7 mm. The rainstorm led to partial road collapse in Dunzhai Town, Xinhua Township, Longli Township and other towns, power interruption in 9 villages, and 1041.63 hectares of crops were affected. Jinping County Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters upgraded the flood control level IV emergency response to flood control level III emergency response in the early morning of June 12. At present, the county has invested more than 2500 people in various rescues.

According to the data provided by Qiandongnan Prefecture Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters on the 13th, Jinping, Jianhe, Liping, Congjiang, Tianzhu and other places in Qiandongnan Prefecture have suffered heavy rainfall since June 11, and some areas have suffered from urban waterlogging and farmland disasters. The Qiandongnan Prefecture Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters launched the flood control IV emergency response on June 11, and the local emergency, fire control, public security and other departments have implemented emergency relocation and risk avoidance for 1260 people affected by the disaster.

The reporter learned from the Guizhou Meteorological Bureau that since June, the rainfall in the southwest of Guizhou Province has been on the high side, with the cumulative rainfall in Qianxinan Prefecture, southern Anshun City and other places being more than 100 mm. In the near future, areas such as southern Guizhou will still have persistent strong rainfall weather. Meteorological experts remind that these areas overlap with areas with more rainfall in the earlier period, with high soil moisture content and high risk of geological disasters. It is necessary to be alert to landslides, debris flows, collapses and other disasters. Due to strong rainfall in some places, mountain torrents in small basins need to be prevented.
