It is reported that the AI Security Institute established in the UK in 2023 will take the lead in promoting this research funding plan, and will cooperate with the UK Research and Innovation Agency and the Alan Turing Institute to implement it.

The new funding plan aims to expand the scope of work of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence Security, including the emerging field of "AI systematic security".
