Ole Hoeness, Director of the Asia Middle East Division of the Norwegian Innovation Agency, said that the Expo provides an excellent platform for Norwegian enterprises to display the latest products and technologies in China and promote cooperation and exchange. As the official foreign trade representative of the Norwegian government, Norwegian Innovation Agency has been actively supporting Norwegian enterprises to promote the Expo by using the Expo platform, and is willing to provide all-round support for relevant enterprises to participate in the Expo.

Alice Chen, president of the Norwegian Chinese Chamber of Commerce, who has organized Norwegian enterprises to participate in the Expo for many times, said that enterprises such as Det Norske Veritas and Konsberg Digital actively participated in the Expo, laying a solid foundation for developing the Chinese market. It is hoped that more Norwegian enterprises will participate in the Expo this year.

Aker Marine Life is Norway's largest krill fishing company and krill oil producer. Wang Liming, vice president of the company in China, said that by participating in the Expo, the company's popularity in the Chinese market has greatly improved and its market share has expanded.

Zhang Weimin, assistant president of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), said that at the sixth Expo in 2023, Norway had nearly 30 enterprises participating in the Expo, and the number of enterprises and the area of participation had reached a new high. It is hoped that Norwegian enterprises will continue to participate in the Expo and deepen cooperation and friendship between the two sides.

Hou Yue, Chinese Ambassador to Norway, said that the bilateral trade volume between China and Norway will reach 14.3 billion US dollars in 2023, and China will continue to become Norway's largest trading partner in Asia. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Norway. We look forward to more Norwegian enterprises taking the opportunity of entering the Expo to show Chinese consumers Norway's high-quality products and services, and promote trade, investment and people to people and cultural exchanges between the two countries to a new height.

The 7th International Expo will be held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10 this year.
